• GC is free, needs no account, and is for adults 18 and over in the United States.
• Use it kindly: no harassment, spam, tracking people, or attempts to break it.
• GC’s suggestions can be wrong. Check details before you go or pay.
• There is no forced arbitration, and you keep your legal rights.
• Text STOP anytime to stop GC.

Who may use the Services

The textgc.ai website and GC, a text-message assistant for group chats (together, the “Services”), are run by Obrize LLC. You must be 18 or older and in the United States to use them. Share the privacy notice before adding GC; each current member answers the welcome’s one age-and-message-consent question.

Your group and your number

There are no accounts or passwords. GC works with the phone number or Apple ID you text from. Only add GC to a group where everyone is OK with it, and keep control of the phone you use.

Using the Services

GC helps groups find places, run polls, set reminders, and split bills. Its suggestions come from public place and event information and can be wrong or out of date. Check hours, prices, and bookings yourself.

GC doesn’t make bookings or payments. Bill splits are a helper, so check the numbers before anyone pays. GC uses AI to understand requests, and AI can make mistakes.

Price

GC is free, with fair-use limits we may change. There are no paid plans today. If we ever add one, it will be optional and we will tell you before you pay anything.

Privacy and acceptable use

Our Privacy Policy, SMS Terms, and SMS Privacy Statement explain how we handle information and messages. When you use the Services:

• Don’t use GC to harass, threaten, track, or spam anyone.
• Don’t try to break, reverse engineer, scrape, or get around GC’s limits or safeguards.
• Don’t use GC for anything illegal.
• We may limit or stop service to anyone who breaks these rules.

Rights we grant you

We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the Services as these terms allow. You may not copy, resell, or build a competing service from them.

Ownership

We own the Services, including GC’s software, name, and design. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything. What you text GC stays yours.

Third-party services and materials

GC links to places, events, and ticket sellers run by others. They are responsible for their own content, purchases, and refunds, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Promotions and affiliate links

Promotions and affiliate links are inactive in this release. Future use requires a separately authorized legal/retention revision and each current member’s consent to the named sender and sellers. The notice is offered once after 30 days of completed onboarding and at least two real requests in that first month. The combined opt-in covers at most one promotion in any seven days and disclosed Ticketmaster affiliate links in requested replies. No purchase or consent is required to use GC. Reply “opt out of offers” anytime to stop both. An unqualified “opt out” stops GC. STOP stops GC. Ticket sellers handle their purchases and refunds; nothing excludes our own nonwaivable responsibilities or your statutory rights.

Disclaimers and liability

The Services are provided as is. Nothing in these terms excludes nonwaivable liability or statutory consumer rights.

Disputes

These terms do not require individual arbitration or waive class proceedings. If you have a dispute, contact hello@textgc.ai. We will try to resolve it informally, but contacting us is optional, is not a condition of using statutory remedies, and does not waive rights or shorten legal deadlines.

Changes and ending service

We may update these terms or change or stop the Services. If a change is significant, we will tell you in a message from GC. A changed marketing notice requires fresh individual consent; continued use or another member’s reply does not supply that consent. You can stop anytime by texting STOP or removing GC from your group.

Text messages

Each current member replies Yes to the welcome’s age and informational-message notice before initial service starts. There is no separate service-consent question. This does not grant marketing consent. New members answer individually; existing members do not repeat setup. Ordinary group replies are held until the new member answers or leaves; after 24 hours without an answer, the group is marked paused. Message frequency depends on how your group uses GC.
